In its inaugural year, Mira achieved record-breaking sales figures. From the outset, we prioritized assembling a team of seasoned professionals, adopting a personalized approach to client relations, and cultivating long-term partnerships with each investor. In addition to our Dubai office, we quickly established a branch in Moscow.
Sales continued to soar, and by year’s end, the total transaction volume surpassed one billion dirhams. To streamline the visa application process and facilitate short-term rentals for our investors, we launched Mira Business Services and Mira Holiday Homes.
Mira Estate consistently ranked among the top-performing real estate agencies by major regional developers. We initiated the Dubai Property Expo roadshow series, where our brokers visit major financial capitals worldwide to meet potential clients face-to-face. The Mira family expanded with the addition of Mira Renovation and Mira Furniture, offering our investors comprehensive support with their renovation and furnishing needs of any scale.
To support our rapidly growing team with top-tier brokers, we launched Mira Academy—the first offline educational platform of its kind, focused on the intricacies of the UAE market. Mira Estate also expanded its footprint with new offices in Istanbul and Abu Dhabi. Another flagship, Mira Developments, joined Mira Group, specializing in branded, fully furnished properties.
We continued to lead the broker rankings among the region’s top developers. Mira established a permanent presence at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the largest industry exhibition venue. Our team played a key role in Mira Developments achieving a sell-out on the launch day of its first project, Trussardi Residences. The Dubai Property Expo exhibitions increased in frequency, now held three times a month, introducing the UAE’s premier projects to residents of France, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, and beyond. In partnership with the Dubai government, our team organized the Mira Run charity marathon, held on the city’s most popular beach.
