Orla Dorchester Collection

Omniyat has been operating since 2005 and quickly became a market leader in the UAE. The company collaborates with architectural stars — Foster + Partners, Gilles & Boissier, and Zaha Hadid. Together with Hadid, they created The OPUS — an iconic building next to Burj Khalifa. The project received 22 awards, and apartments from one to four bedrooms are already available for purchase. Currently, Omniyat is developing AVA at Palm Jumeirah with its private beach and yacht marina, as well as Orla Infinity Dorchester Collection — a complex with only 20 two-story residences. In each project, Omniyat creates unique interiors, working with Italian furniture and finishing workshops. For example, residences come fully furnished, with finishes using rare marble and wood. Residents receive premium service: for instance, in the Orla complex, residents have access to personal valets, as well as housekeeping, doorman, and porter services. The complexes feature spas, fitness centers, and fine dining restaurants. Besides completed projects, Omniyat's architects can design a villa or estate according to your individual project.
